DRNY’s Comments to NYS’s Olmstead Plan

Over the last 50 years, Congress has expanded the P&A system to serve all people with disabilities. P&As ensure the protection of, and advocate for, the rights of individuals with disabilities, including individuals in institutional settings or at risk of segregation. Accordingly, DRNY offers the following detailed report and executive summary of recommendations for New York State’s current update to its Olmstead Plan.
